January 12th 2008 - West Ham United to beat Fulham @ 4/5

West Ham haven't had it all their way this season and sit 10th in the Premiership with only 3 wins from 10 home matches, but Fulham shouldn't provide must difficulty for the Hammers as they are still yet to win an away game this season and are close to havent won an away game in their last 27 matches on the road in the Premiership. Last season Fulham came from behind 3 times to gain a 3-3 draw, with the final goal comming in injury time at the end of the match, but this season I can see West Ham being a lot stronger than last season's performance. 2 weeks ago they gained an impressive 3 points at home to Man Utd, Fulham haven't won since Hodgeson took over, only 2 games, but they really should have got past League One strugglers Bristol Rovers in the FA Cup at the weekend...

My view here is that West Ham look a cracking bet for the 3 points, and the 4/5 on offer should definately be taken as I expect a win by 2 or 3 goals for the hosts

Sacremento Kings host the Pheonix Suns early tomorrow morning, but the Kings are given an 8pt start on the handicap. This is great value for a team with a 4-1 record at home, although against a team with a 5-1 record on the road, they have shown that they have a fighting mentality in front of their own fans, and only their abysmal away record of 0-5 has them ranked so low in the conference. Outright they are 3/1 for a win, but they are priced up at @ 10/11 to win, or lose by 8pts or less makes the biggest appeal today
